Quality Standards
At Right Corecare we are committed to providing our customers, clients and delegates with the highest quality of service as they seek assistance through their Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs) and customised Training services. This commitment is demonstrated by:
-
The quality, qualifications and experience of all staff
-
Development of services and client/delegate/customer feedback
-
Review and monitoring of improvement processes
-
Development of, and continuous improvement to, our management systems to achieve ISO9001
This is supplemented by us being an organisational member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and our membership of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA).
To ensure that services to customers, clients and delegates are of a consistently high standard, we have formally adopted a Business Management System based on the requirements of ISO9001:2000. It reinforces our commitment to quality and provides a framework for all staff to work within. It is acknowledged that we may be asked to undertake specific contracts on behalf of customers which will operate outside our Business Management System.
Right Corecare operates to ISO 9001:2000 quality management standards. We achieved accreditation in December 2003 and were reaccredited in May 2006.
